While Dad was polishing his new car, his four-year old son picked up a stone and scratched line on the side of the car.
In his anger, Dad took the Child's hand and hit it many times, not realizing he was using a wrench.
At the hospital, his Child said, "Dad, when will my fingers grow back?".
Dad was so hurt. He went back to the car and kicked it a lot of times.
Sitting back, he looked at the scratches the child made, it read..
"I LOVE YOU DADDY".
It's such a sad story, but, behind that short story, there's a message for all of Daddies in the world. Not only for Daddies, but also for us. Think twice before doing something, especially when you're angry. It's what I take from that story. May be what you can take could be different. So, what did you have?
That story makes me remember a quote, "control your anger before it controils you".
We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage.
What's anger? Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion.
Just like what's happened on Dad. His anger lead him to a problem. :(
